Fullstack Developer - Backend oriented (m/f/d) WUNDERFiX

WUNDERFiX brings bicycle repair service into the digital age. With our Remote Bike Repair Startup, we efficiently and transparently connect manufacturers, workshops, and cyclists in the service sector. Developed by Startrampe, the venture studio of the JobRad Group, we support customers with problem diagnosis, self-repair, and referrals to local workshops through a comprehensive ticket system and remote mechanics.

Your role

As a Fullstack - Backend oriented Developer (m/f/d) at WUNDERFiX, you will play a key role in further developing our innovative and complex software.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and maintenance of our backend platfform and contribute on the frontend and mobile.
  • Iterating quickly, we have to learn from our users and then planning, building, testing, and launching new features.
  • Ensuring the scalability, performance, and resilience of our backend platform.
  • Continuously testing and improving code quality through CI/CD pipelines, and conducting unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Contribute with other developers to increase the code quality and good practice, sharing experience and knowledge.

Your profile

Join us in revolutionizing remote bike repair! You’ll shape the user experience for our digital platform, connecting users with skilled mechanics. Beyond coding, contribute ideas to enhance features and usability. We value adaptability, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to improving our product. Must have

  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Profound experience with Nest.js, TypeORM, migrations and PostgreSQL
  • Profound experience with Next.js and React
  • Profound experience in Redux and Redux Saga
  • Experience with Github Actions
  • Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Experience with AWS (RDS, Fargate, S3, etc)
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Experience with React Native
  • Experience with Refine
  • Experience with Bitrise
  • A good understanding of integrating video and chat content into mobile and web applications (Agora)
  • Experience with Software Architecture, Design Patterns and Clean Code
  • DevOps experience
  • German language skills (our product is in German)
