Senior Full Stack Dev - React Native (m/f/d) WUNDERFiX
Your role
Our mission is to revolutionize bike maintenance by seamlessly connecting users with skilled mechanics through a user-friendly digital platform. As a Senior FullStack - React Native (m/f/d) at WUNDERFiX, you will play a pivotal role in further developing our innovative and complex software. Your expertise will be vital in building and delivering new features for our users. Beyond writing high-quality code, we expect you to contribute ideas and insights to enhance the functionality and usability of our mobile apps and back-office platform.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and maintenance of our mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web applications (Next.js).
- Iterating quickly, we have to learn from our users and then planning, building, testing, and launching new features.
- Ensuring the scalability, performance, and resilience of our web and mobile applications.
- Continuously testing and improving code quality through CI/CD pipelines, and conducting unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Contribute with other developers to increase the code quality and good practice, sharing experience and knowledge.
- Work together with the interdisciplinary team of WUNDERFiX.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who thrives on challenges, brings enthusiasm to their work, and demonstrates strong adaptability to evolving project requirements and priorities. With a proactive mindset, you’ll be integral in continuously improving our product and not just through coding, but by actively contributing to the ideation of new features. Must have
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Profound experience with React Native, React and Next.js.
- Expertise in state management, preferably Redux and Redux Saga.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, as well as unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Some experience with nestJS.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and authentication mechanisms.
- Startup Mindset.
- Fluency in English.
- Living in Germany and being willing to travel to Freiburg at least ones a month.
Nice to have
- Experience with Firebase/AWS
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design and Test-Driven Development.
- A good understanding of integrating video and chat content into mobile and web applications (preferably Agora).
- Experience with PostgresSQL.
- An IT related degree or training.
- German language skills (our product is in German).
